Requirements

• User

  • First name

  • Last Name

  • Email address - used as primary for all signups or as secondary/recovery email for new dstudio.earth Google Workspace account

  • Timezone

  • github account - only if in operations circle / need access to dstudio-earth/inbox

    • if creating new account use firstnamelastnamesomething, firstnamelastsomething format, so it's possible to assign issues, mention you in comments without looking up what's your github account

• Organization

  • assigned teams/roles => authorizations to apps, assignment to groups

Request to onboard user

• submit an issue Request to add/onboard new user in https://github.com/dstudio-earth/inbox/issues/new/choose

  • if you're getting 404 Error on GitHub, then you have no access, send email with request to gitmaster@dstudio.earth
